These Terms of Use govern access to globalnurseprep.com, Global Nurse Prep LLC storefront pages, downloadable products, samples, emails, and related educational materials. By using the site or purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

1. Educational purpose

Global Nurse Prep LLC operates this independent educational website. NCLEX-RN® is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. Global Nurse Prep LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by NCSBN, NCLEX, any board of nursing, or any nursing regulatory authority.

Global Nurse Prep materials are for general educational and study purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, patient-specific advice, nursing-regulatory advice, legal advice, immigration advice, employment advice, or a guarantee of examination success. They do not replace an accredited nursing program, current professional standards, facility policy, jurisdiction-specific scope-of-practice requirements, or independent clinical judgment.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. Information supplied at checkout or in a support request must be accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding download links and order-access information.

3. Purchases and merchant of record

Digital purchases may be processed and fulfilled by a third-party merchant of record. The checkout page identifies the merchant of record, price, currency, applicable taxes, and payment terms. The merchant of record may issue receipts, collect and remit transaction taxes, screen transactions for fraud, and process refunds or disputes under its terms.

4. Personal-use license

Unless a separate written license says otherwise, purchase grants the original purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, print, and use the product for personal study only. Ownership and copyright do not transfer.

You may not:

share, forward, publish, upload, or distribute the files or download links;
resell, rent, sublicense, lend, or commercially exploit the materials;
post questions, answer keys, rationales, exhibits, or substantial excerpts online;
use a personal license for tutoring, classroom, school, employer, library, cohort, or organizational use;
remove copyright, trademark, version, or attribution notices;
create or sell derivative works, question banks, summaries, datasets, or competing resources based on the materials;
use the materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or populate an artificial-intelligence model or dataset without written permission;
circumvent technical limits or use automated methods to scrape or extract content.

Tutors and organizations must obtain a separate written license.

5. Intellectual property

The site, product text, scenarios, questions, rationales, layouts, graphics, files, and branding are owned by Global Nurse Prep LLC or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Clinical currency and professional use

The products are reviewed educational materials, but standards, evidence, medication information, laws, regulations, facility procedures, and scope-of-practice rules can change. Do not use a study resource as the sole basis for real patient care. Confirm clinically material decisions with current authoritative sources and applicable policy.

7. Product versions and updates

A purchase provides the version and files identified at checkout. Global Nurse Prep may correct errors, update files, change packaging, or discontinue products. Unless expressly promised, a purchase does not include perpetual updates, future editions, coaching, grading, or individualized advice. When a platform replaces an existing download with a corrected file, prior purchasers may receive access to the newer file through their order page.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy shown before purchase and by any mandatory rights or merchant-of-record rules that apply. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Acceptable conduct

Do not use the site or materials unlawfully; interfere with site security; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; make fraudulent purchases; abuse refund or chargeback processes; harass support personnel; or infringe another party’s rights.

10. Third-party services and links

The site may link to payment, email, analytics, hosting, or reference services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Global Nurse Prep does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content or availability.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Global Nurse Prep LLC does not warrant that the materials will meet every learner’s needs, remain error-free, or produce a particular examination, licensing, educational, or employment result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Nurse Prep LLC and its members, personnel, contractors, and reviewers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost data, or examination or licensing outcomes arising from use of the site or materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability related to a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence requires otherwise. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction; these Terms do not require arbitration or waive a non-waivable right.

14. Changes

Global Nurse Prep LLC may revise these Terms prospectively. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published. The version accepted at purchase continues to govern that transaction except where law or a mutually agreed amendment requires otherwise.
